ISO meeting dates and places

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) will hold its annual General Assembly in the UAE, in the city of Dubai on 12-17 October 2008. As host of the event, the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) is honoured to invite all members of ISO to attend the 31st General Assembly meeting in the UAE. During the General Assembly week, ESMA is also hosting an Open Session on Buildings for a sustainable future, as well as meetings of Council, the Technical Management Board (TMB) and the Committee on Developing Country Matters (DEVCO).

All meetings will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel Dubai.

Participation

Participation in ISO Dubai 2008 is open to delegates appointed by ISO members and representatives of invited international organizations, with the exception of the Open Session on 15 October 2008, which members of the public are invited to attend.
